Chia Chia had many years of working experience at Singapore General Hospital, the largest hospital in Singapore.
In 2019, she decided to give up her high-paying job in Singapore and returned to her hometown, Malacca, to serve the elderly there.
During her working period, she noticed that many elderly people who had suffered strokes, falls, or illnesses were either placed in nursing homes or remained bedridden at home, causing them unable to go out for physical therapy and thus, missing the golden time of recovery.
From 2019 to 2023, she has been providing Home-Based Physiotherapy for the elderly in Malacca. Now, she has decided to open a physiotherapy centre OCARE PHYSIO with the hope of

Zi Kanc underwent clinical attachment at various government hospitals, stroke rehabilitation centres and private centers.
He focuses more on elderly rehabilitation because he realised that once the elderly experience a stroke, a fall, or low back pain, basic daily activities become difficult for elderly.
After helping elderly with physiotherapy treatments, he can see a significant improvement in them:

✅Walking is steadier
✅They gradually become capable of doing more tasks.
Family members entrusting their elderly parents to our care strengthens his determination and commitment to the field of ELDERLY REHABILITATION.

NADIA ADLAH BINTI ABD HAMED
Nadia’s journey in physiotherapy began with her extensive clinical experience across both government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centres. During this time, she developed a deep commitment to post surgery rehabilitation and elderly individuals in her work.
Witnessing patients’ struggles after surgery — simple movements and everyday tasks that impacted their independence and confidence — motivated Nadia to focus on personalized physiotherapy plans for patients.
Each patient’s progress, from ease of pain to build body strength and improved in walking, brought her immense happiness. These was the driving force behind her dedication to the field of Post Surgery Rehabilitation.
